We provide professional white-label graphic design services to businesses, agencies, and entrepreneurs. Our services include (but are not limited to): logo design, brand identity, business cards, brochures, packaging, social media graphics, UI/UX design, and presentation materials.

All services are delivered digitally via email, shared folders, or project management tools.

2. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project briefs, content, and instructions
  
  
• Make timely payments based on agreed terms
  
  
• Review and approve designs within a reasonable time
  
  
• Respect timelines and revision limitations as specified in your package
  
  

3. Ownership & Licensing

Once the final payment is made and the project is approved:

• You receive full rights and ownership of the final approved design files
  
  
• We retain the right to showcase designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
  
  

All preliminary drafts, concepts, or unused options remain the intellectual property of Bless Creation LLC.

4. White-Label Policy

We guarantee all deliverables are:

• Free from our branding or watermark
  
  
• Ready to be rebranded by your agency as your own
  
  
• Not reused or resold to any other client
  
  

We also respect all NDA agreements if provided.

5. Revisions & Delivery

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions, based on your selected service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Turnaround time for most projects ranges from 1–4 business days, depending on complexity.

We do not provide services on weekends or national holidays (Bangladesh).

6. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made upfront or as per the terms of your custom agreement
  
  
• We accept payments via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer
  
  
• Refunds are only provided before design work begins. Once work has started or files are delivered, no refund will be issued
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any damages or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our services
  
  
• Client delays, missing content, or incorrect instructions
  
  
• Legal consequences due to misuse of copyrighted materials provided by the client
  
  

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, files, and project details. We do not disclose, share, or reuse any project materials without client consent.

9. Website Use & Content

You agree not to:

• Copy or distribute content from our website without permission
  
  
• Misuse our contact forms or email addresses for spam or solicitation
  
  
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the website or server
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend access or block any user found in violation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Bless Creation LLC is registered.
